The tekoteko holds a patu waha ika, which is a type of weapon and signifies his readiness for battle. He will defend his people, his whānau and hapu if and when required. Great gift for an emerging leader or someone who shows strength and courage in difficult times. 

This measures 8.6cm length x 3.2cm width, is single-sided and has paua inlay for eyes and an adjustable black, plaited, wax cord.
