Refund policy

Not Happy with Your Item? We are confident you will love your purchase like many other customers, but for some reason, you are not happy, please contact us straight away at: kiaora@taongaariki.co.nz.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges There are no exchanges once you have received your item. You cannot change your mind once the item is on the way to you in the post. 

Refunds If there is something wrong with the item you have received let us know and we will either 1) remedy the problem, 2) exchange the item for something of the same value, or 3) refund you in full. This must happen within 30 days of the purchase date.
